Sky cinema not working

Im already suscribed to sky cinema, ive tried to watch a movie tonight and its asking me to upgrade... as i say im already suscribed. Tried to reboot and nothing

Try this


Click the Home button, then proceed to Settings and click on System Info. Once there, locate and highlight the Viewing Card Number section. Next, select the Setup option on the right-hand side. Finally, choose "Use this option" to initiate a callback.
