Hi
I tripped over my sky Q cable and can't get it back in again, my tv is on the wall but it's the end that has tiny wee wires and every time I try to put it in the wires all bend ... can I get another cable that not ske to fit, these wee wires are so fiddly and I can't see properly because it's on the wall.
also can someone please confirm what port it should be going into? Any help appreciated .... thanks

Do you mean the HDMI cable? If so, you need to replace the cable, you can't just "put the wires back in". HDMI cables are readily available on the famous online store, just measure how long your current one is, as they come in all sorts of lengths.

Hi
thanks very much for that, I had someone visiting that days and that is exactly what was wrong, the connector was still stuck in the socket and I didn't realise either, got new cable so all sorted.
Appreciate your help
thanks
Cindy
