Sky cable

Hi tried contacted sky got cut off after an hour ,there is a sky cable wire attached to sky box but would like the cable wire bigger as I need to move tv

@Whole  You have 2 choices, by Sky Q satellite cable extension kit for a few pounds from a DIY store/online or persist with calling Sky (they may charge for this) as it' not a fault.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
