Sky boxes not working

Today our main sky Q box has been unable to retrieve recordings.  You can select and then about 9 minutes later the screen goes black. We have two boxes that feed off this in the bedrooms. These won't even let us watch tv. Any suggestions?

Looks suspiciously like a hard drive error.
