Just received my new Sky box. Is the viewing card sent separately?

Is this a replacement for a faulty box delivered by DPD who took the old box away?

No. It's a new box having just returned to Sky. It arrived today but no viewing card. Is that sent separately?

If you cancelled Sky Q fairly recently and have now returned Sky might think you retained your previous viewing card. You'll need to contact Sky to check if a new one has already been dispatched.
