No satellite signal would indicate an issue with your dish...  You'll probably need an engineer to check it.

Hi @Justine+Fiona Try putting your TV and SKYQ box on standby, then turn your SKYQ box on with the power button on your SKYQ remote, your TV should turn on with the SKYQ box connected?
