Sky box upgrade
I need a new Sky box as my current box is old and faulty - keeps disconnecting from the signal

You will need to call Sky about this.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
Best to contact Sky for an Engineer
