I can get a few channels but most won't come up and error message says viewing card not recognised or check viewing card is inserted PIN side up. Can't get recordings, catch up TV, Apps etc.
I've double check card is inserted properly and done the unplug it, wait, plug in again follow instructions on screen but still the same.
Any ideas please?
