Sky box return

The package you have sent me the sky box does not fit in it, it's an old box it's not a sky Q box thanks

We are fellow customers here @Hacke If you have Sky+ it is your own box (not loaned) and you don't have to return it unless you want to recycle it.

@Hacke If you want to return Sky equipment then all the information you need is in this link

If you are using the Royal Mail print at home option they send you an acknowledgement email almost immediately telling you the next step is to print the label BUT there is no link or attachment to print the label, this is sent in a separate email, in my case it went into my junk file.

KEEP the proof of posting, Sky say for 90 days but I would keep it almost indefinitely.
