NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY RECORDED PROGRAMS ON AUX Q BOXES

I RECORDED THE F1 GRAN PRIX TODAY AND MY AUX BOXES WONT ALLOW ME TO WATCH THE RECORDING

hi @hdg 

 

I suspect you recorded it in UHD - the minis can't play UHD content & unfortunately the SKY Q boxes can't adjust to play in HD

Probably as above.  Tip:  Record both UHD and HD...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
