Sky box received and set up. No sky card

Hi there I received my sky box today for self instillation. 
I haven't received a card so can't view anything

Thanks for replying. I spoke to a lovely chap on customer services and he's sending me out a card. Thanks again

@Anna+TW I'm guessing you have returned to Sky Q after previously cancelling ? If thats the case then I can escalate this to Sky for you
