Sky box problem

Sky box keeps disconnecting from internet. Will reconnect easily but disconnects again within a minute or so. As a result sky q boxes will not work. Have two internet providers in house and same happens so clearly a sky fault.

Hi @Tony120 

Who are your two Broadband suppliers?
Two Networks could certainly cause an issue with the Q box connection.
