Sky box or remote not working

Sky remote and box are not responding even after trying to change the batteries of the remote and taking the sky card out of the box and we have checked the wire connections and it seems that it's all intact. This has been going on for three days.

There is stuck button and  can't fix it

Hi @Yes4   I'm confused now, button on the box or remote. If nothing happens when you press the power button on the box, then it must be the box? I have provided you with two links, one leads you to a replacement box and the other leads you to a replacement remote.
