Sky box not working

I called on Friday as boxes not working. Now improved but still struggling with recordings - pixellated, sound comes and goes, unable to rewind or fast forward.  Netflix app would not load yesterday.

What did Sky say when you rang? Have they arranged an engineer visit? If so I'd keep the appointment.

If they've arranged what we call a doorstep box swap the courier will swap your faulty box with a replacement at your door so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the back of a van.

Seriously what is this ..the box is not working..can I speak to a person. Who can remedy the situation? Why am I paying for a service that does not work and you have to go through this typing app to get it resolved and no o e is responding

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers.

 

Whats not working? We'll need lots more information in order to help you otherwise call Sky. If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

No I don't and all the numbers that I have called send the link to this app which is not helping do you have a number for customer services ?
