sky q not connecting to Zyxel NR5103E
Is anyone experiencing an issue with the sky q not connecting to Zyxel NR5103E router on 3 network.
Sky Q and Three Zyzel NR5103E router will get a connection to the router with a tick but the connection to the Internet has a cross.

Re: sky q not connecting to Zyxel NR5103E
Same issue here, this is the model of my Three 5G router. Sky Q stopped working 7-14 days ago. Had a Sky engineer out today, unable to get it connected. Sky Q box tethered to his phone, and other devices connect to the NR5103E hub. Said to get in touch with Three, I have done and they said no issues and to get in touch with Sky. Great

Re: sky q not connecting to Zyxel NR5103E
Exactly the same here. I can see sky connects, gets an ip address but refuses to connect
on the nr5103e I can see the connection in wired with the same ip address allocated to the box!
stopped working same time as you? Is it something on the nr5103e?
allother devices connect no problem wired and wireless.
no matter what I do sky won't connect.

Re: sky q not connecting to Zyxel NR5103E
@Davewave72 @Frizzy Can you try the steps outlined here and let me know if it works?
I ended up ringing Three again and whilst on the phone to someone in their tech team I stumbled on the above forum ^ and followed the steps. At the same time Three also said they did something at their end. When I checked again it was working, so not sure if it was the fix in the forum ^ or what Three did... if you need to get somewhere with Three, tell them you have multiple devices which won't connect and they should be able to escalate your issue.
