That suggests that the incorrect HDMI port is selected on your tv, or there is an issue with the HDMI cable from the Sky Q box

All channels seem to be done at the moment. I've tried tweaking the cables but it doesn't seem to be working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf there's nothing obvious outside like a neighbours had scaffolding erected it sounds like your dish is slightly out of alignment and you may need to arrange an engineer.
