That suggests that the incorrect HDMI port is selected on your tv, or there is an issue with the HDMI cable from the Sky Q box

Any particular channels? Have you checked the connections on the cables are tight (not too tight)?

All channels seem to be done at the moment. I've tried tweaking the cables but it doesn't seem to be working

If there's nothing obvious outside like a neighbours had scaffolding erected it sounds like your dish is slightly out of alignment and you may need to arrange an engineer.

After trying that, if your only option is to call Sky, click on ‘Need More Help’ after ensuring the correct flag (UK or ROI) is displayed in the bottom right corner which should lead you to either a 0333 UK or 0818 ROI number. Don’t forget if you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can use the free 150 number to call.
