Sky box not responding cant delete programes cant record programmes and tele screen goes blank

Cant record or delete programs  screen goes blank and won't show the picture.

@Colin1705 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
