Sky box keeps saying “no internet”

Just cancelled our Sky broadband and moved to BT. Ever since, multiple times a day the Sky box tells us there's no internet connection and we have to log in again. Not issues with internet on any other devices. It's getting very tedious having to log into the BT internet on the sky box multiple times a day. Any ideas?

Assume you are using SSID and password for the BT router 2.4 Ghz band @CMC90 .

Also check that BT's Smart Setup is turned off in the BT Homehub settings.
