Sky box is not working
Hi my name is Wayne Duffus..i am dean sadlers carer and he has has sky for three years, Dean has special needs and in a behaviour he has pulled out wires and the box we Need a engineer to come out and try to rectify this problem please.

You're asking other customers here and not Sky.
You will need to call Sky to arrange this but if you are not the account holder it may be difficult.
