Sky box interference

We are having problems  with our verisure alarm updates and their engineer  has said it is  due to our sky interfering with it. And if we get in touch you should be able to sort it out for us

In case you're not aware, you are only asking Sky customers here not Sky themselves.

I can imagine how Sky Broadband might be an issue, but not Sky television...

 

Typically the only interaction between Sky Q and alarms/cameras is where the Q 'Eco Mode' causes the television box WiFi hotspot function to drop.
