Sky box connection

We have 2 x sky boxes one in main lounge and one in the main bedroom. Both boxes have very poor connectivity and the TV continues to buffer. I have also ran an Internet speed test and the speed is well under what the broadband should be. Considering the cost we are paying the service is poor and I would like an engineer to come and review.
