Hi @Rhoda56 It is impossible to suggest anything without a full description of your environment. Like is the box is in the open without interference from electronic equipment. How far away from the router is it and are your internal walls WiFi friendly etc. As already mentioned it has to use the 2.4GHz band. The more clues the better.
