Sky apps

I cannot open any apps on sky, for example I can't open sky x, HSBO, BBC I player, Disney. I have had this problem for several days now. As a pensioner I am not very good with technology and need to speak to a real person.

I take it that your Internet is OK? If so then try unplugging your sky Q  box, go and make a cup of tea, Then switch your sky Q box back on and see If it "reconnects"....Sorry If you've already tried this...

@Toots3 what happens when you try ? do you get any error messages ?
