Sky apps streaming quality terrible

Any ideas on how to fix steaming on sky apps? Everytime we try and use Netflix, Disney, AppleTV, Paramount the streaming quality is awful, constantly stopping and glitching, the quality when it is working is awful. If we cannot fix we will just have to cancel. No issues with internet, when streaming via smart tv or iPad/phone it works fine.

have tried all the resetting, rebooting, refreshing apps etc. So frustrating when it costs so much!!

Still not working, Saturday morning and Sky Q mini box doesn't work AGAIN. So fed up with this.

My Sky Essential package, the apps aren't working, they haven't been working since the 7th of June. My Paramount Disney+ hasn't worked since I joined on that day, 7th June. It's just not linking is now on the 28th of July. I've just got a rebate for Netflix of £4.99 as I had to get Netflix privately, because my Netflix wasn't working either, now it seems today we've worked out the Netflix on the sky essential package is working, but still my Paramount and my Disney+ is not working, I don't think I'm the only one, as I think this is a big issue with this package. They're struggling,  I got a new TV,  I've got a few sky TV shows which I don't really watch as I've got Amazon fire stick and that's what I've been using while they sort the problem out but I've been paying still for my my sky TV and apps when the apps haven't been working at all.

They say they can't reimburse me because the apps are a bonus, a perk, so to speak.
