Sky a mini stuck on update page

My sky q mini box is stuck with a message telling me to updat I have followed all instructions by the screen it still the same it doesn't respond to the remote so I can't update through the settings and have tried a reboot and turning off power from the mains any help would be much appreciated !

Hi  @oldfella still no luck it turns back on and the screen says it's updating but then it just goes back to the screen asking to update
