Hi,
My Sky Q box broke and I forgot to take out the viewing card when it was returned. Does anybody know how I get a new one from Sky please? I called customer services and they sent me to this forum for answers.
Thank you for any help.

Unfortunately the Sky support team can no longer issue replacement cards & you will need to phone SKY ,
It may best to remain silent when going through the phone IVR until you reach an adviser, rather than risk being sent back here
