Sky VIP Paramount+ 6 months free trial offer

Today, I registered for the above offer and received confirmation emails from Paramount+/Sky VIP to confirm . However, on attempting to log into Paramount+ (SkyQ) I was unable to do so. The SkyQ TV interface did not recognise the fact that I had signed up. I emailed Paramount+, and they attempted to help but in the end, said that whilst their system recognised my credentials my account did not exist. This leaves me having subscribed to the 6 month trial - which the Sky VIP App only allows me to do once (The App indicates that I have subscribed!) but currently unable to access the service - and no ability to cancel - because I haven't been given an account number. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.

Thanks for all your efforts. I eventually sorted it out by dealing with Paramount+ directly.

Having the exact same issue right now!! I'm really worried that I'm going to be continuously charged once the 6 months is up, as I signed up using PayPal and no way to cancel it.

Yes, mine was PayPal too. Have you taken up with Paramount+ ?

I've emailed customer support. I will keep you posted if I get it resolved, please do the same.

Just so you know, I emailed support @ paramountplus.com earlier and explained the issue to them. They were very helpful, sent me a link to use their website. It worked.. and I now have my 6 month free trial..

Thanks, they responded saying that although my account has been accepted, no contract has gone through and to try again (this time not using PayPal). They didn't send me a link to use though, that would've made things easier. Glad you got it sorted.

@dkn2k @Sharonandjonny  I'm assuming that neither of you subscribe to Sky Cinema, else I don't understand why you've gone done this route with P+ being free with that.

Sky customer services have said the offer has been discontinued, but also admitted it should have worked as a VIP customer but the system will not allow them to apply it now. They were apologetic which is  not much help to me

Hi, does anyone have a UK contact number for paramount plus?

I had the 6 month free trial through sky vip and now can't cancel the damn thing.  I've emailed paramount through the link on their website and have yet to get a response.  I'm worried I'm going to be charged.

Or could anyone share the email address they used to get in contact?

Hi, I'm afraid Sky's email restrictions won't let me use the email address in this forum! Pleas close up (remove the spaces from the following - and you should be able to format the address as required.

The address I successfully used was S U P P O R T @ P A R A M O U N T P L U S . C O M. I found them to be very helpful and dilligent in their attention to detail.
