Sky TV viewing logs

Is there any way to access historic viewing logs?

I had builders in my house recently and they broke my TV but they are refuting it. I don't really have a way to prove it was them so was thinking logs of my Sky TV viewing would help. It's a long shot and I'm open to other suggestions.

@AmaechiO

I'm not aware of there being any kind of record of your viewing history.

Sky does potentially harvest usage data from Q hardware: I guess you could try a Subject Access Request under your Data Protection Act rights.

Viewing Data, Usage Data and User Generated Content

This includes the content you watch and how long you watch it for (we call this viewing activity), as well as content you add to your Playlist (if using Sky Glass or Sky Stream).

Thank you @TimmyBGood. I just found a form for that here https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request in case anyone else needs it.
