Sky TV not working - WIFI Testing not available

Since even before the issues with Sky TV Q box the sky disconnects from the TV and switches off, the wifi is slow and unresponsive - all this for apparently the best sky broadband speeds - nothing short of terrible - can't watch TV, cant check speeds and just general service shocking.

 

how do i get my TV and sky QBox to work again its been stuck on green and after switching everything off now stuck in amber nothing I do to reset it works and paying for somthing can no longer use - shameful
