My sky has not been working for past 24 hours. I've tried to turn off from mains. However still not connecting it says no signal

@Jamie6789 does it say no signal or no satellite signal ?

yes it's saying no satellite signal on my tv so the sky screen doesn't even come up

Your message is No Signal (and not No Satellite Signal)
Check that the Q box is indeed connected to input HDMI 1 on your Television.
Also check the the HDMI cable is securely fitted at both ends.
Also is the Q box on with green led?
If it is press Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q remote. This will set the Q box to standard 1080i resolution.
