Sky TV Staying at blue Home Screen

Hi, Just come and the family is really unhappy because the Sky TV is sticking at "When the screen goes blank, press home to get started"

Hi, The Sky TV keeps sticking at the blue screen. I've reset the Sky Q box and internet but it's staying on the blue screen

@Chris+VW try unplugging the Sky Q box for 15 to 20 minutes then plugging it back in again and see if that helps
