Sky TV PIN

I do not know my Sky TV PIN. I'm trying to reset it but it keeps asking for the original PIN. I've tried the last 4 digits of the viewing card..account number and my bank account and none work. Can anyone help me to bypass it? Trying to get to talk to a human in sky is beyond frustrating..
