Sky Sports + upgrade error message

The red button on the Sky Sports + is not working. Please help us to get it working!

Can you confirm you have a SKY Q box and not a SKY +/HD box

What happens when you try to use it ?

It says that we need to upgrade our subcription but we already have sky sports.

@Kathryn29 do you have a subscription to the full sky sports complete pack

@Kathryn29 do you have the full Sky sports subscription or are you only subscribing to 1 or 2 channels ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
