Sky Sports error message

Hi, I cannot get Sky Sports channel 402-408 on my 2nd TV (multiroom), all other channels are available.  It comes up with an error message "is you want to watch this channel press the red button), when I do it provide a phone number that when rung just custs off.  any help appreciated.

Hey, Providing you've the right subs in the place it may just be a case of the box isnt picking it up, a quick call to Sky would normally resolve this

Edit: If a super user picks this up they can escalate this to a Sky chat agent on here to save you calling.
