Sky Sports NFL

My Sky Sports NFL keeps going to a black screen after about 10 seconds. Change it to another channel and it seems to be fine. Recordings play ok too. Turned it off at the wall but it keeps on happening.

Mine too - game on channel 5 is ok and other sky sports channel working but not nfl

Ar least it's not just me. Annoying whoever it affects.

I've had the same issue too on Sky Sports NFL

no such issues with redzone on sky sports mix

It's working fine on Sky Go on the iPad. 🤷‍♂️

It's been happening all day on Sky Sports on Q 401, 402, 404, 405, and 409. I have rebooted, but it didn't fix it. Sky Q group members on Facebook from Scotland, England, and Wales are saying it's happening to them as well.

Same here.  Screen goes black after 10 secs on some Sky sports channels including 401. Assume Sky will be refunding our subscription for today?! 😏

Ditto for me. Come on sky get it sorted!!!  Strangely though,  when the recorded version of game is played they is no continuity problem. Guess I'll watch it that way for now

Same issue here as well, keeps blacking out.

If I change channel, and go back again, it fails again after a short period.

Second Sky Q blacking out issue in a few months, not an impressive record. 👎

Ditto as to the same issue as the rest have mentioned.

A quick workaround once the screen goes black, seems to be pressing the select button to bring up the fast tv guide & then pressing select a second time, almost as though you're wanting to confirm to watch the current show airing.
