Trying to watch the Southampton game and it's doing exactly the same thing! Was the same last Tuesday aswell

The only external device I have is Amazon prime and that seems to be ok

@Ashbridge  do you mean Prime app on SKY Q  or just another device  (e.g. firestick) 

Do you have subs to netflix or Disney+ etc and if so do you have problems using these on SKY Q

Please can you also let us know which box you have

BTW FYI just watched the Sunderland game for 10 minutes or so on my box with no hiccups

All legal on Sky Q, not using a firestick! I don't have netflix or disney subsciptions, just Amazon Prime which is working ok

We have had a few reports of problems with customers watching red button matches on the 32Cxxxx - non UHD boxes which has been reported to SKY & we are awaiting the results of their investigations.

We had the same problem trying to watch the Norwich v Birmingham game last night.  It was awful, kept freezing then stuttering.  Kicked us out completely so we missed the first goal.  It stuttered and froze so many times we got to full time 12 minutes after the whistle went!  I will check the hardware version when I get home tonight but we've had our box a while so I suspect that may be the issue.  How do we go about getting a new one?  It is infuriating when our friends with their illegal sticks say their coverage is fine, it certainly doesn't encourage you to keep paying high prices to sky.

I have been in touch with Sky because e still have the same problem. It's NOT the Q box because it's only 2 years old. They admitted they have a problem and they are going to do their best to sort it and this will take 3-5 days and they have promised to ring me back on Monday, hopefully by then, whatever the problem is, at their end, it will be sorted. We will see. I'll post on here again if and when they ring me. If they don't ring me then I'll keep ringing them. I'm not giving up..I'm now 'on a mission'!!
