Sky Sports Cricket on Sky Q

For the last few days the cricket channel has had an error message, and blank or pixelated screen.  Some transmissions on Main Event have aired, but nothing on Sky Sports Cricket.  
Anyone share this experience?

What error message?

Been working fine here.

It says "This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal.  For help press ?  Great entertainment is still available via your recordings, on demand and Apps."

I've tried recording the cricket but that comes up with a failed notification.

the blue blan screen for channel 404 has been like this for more than two weeks.  I note tha channels 406, 407 and 408 are similarly affected.

i have been able to watch cricket (from Pakistan) when shown on 401, Main Event.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
