Sky Remote with blue button won't pair with a tv list

Hi

My remote stopped working on tv today and i have tried to pair it again, using 1 and 3 it's not offering me a drop down list.  I've tried 7 and 9 to restart it and then 1 and 3. 

I also have other brand new remotes to try but it won't let me get a tv list on any of them, i know to reboot them 7 and 9 .  Is there a way to get a list other than settings, set up remote controL?

I also should add this is to my sky q mini box in the kitchn and not the main one in the lounge!

As your remote seem sto be working with your SKY Q box, try going to :

Home - Settings - Setup - Remote Control & Select the SKY Q Remote then Control your TV

After Selecting your brand (press the down/up buttons to scroll to the letter then press enter, when you get a a list you can press the right button and then down arrow to scroll down the list)

I suggest you then use the Find it for me option

If your Brand doesn't work, try Vestel  & if that doesn't work, try Other Brand
