Sky Remote Record not working and tenancy issues for Sky VIP

Hello,

 

I’ve had a bit of a morning dealing with Sky representatives online.

I have a longstanding issue with my tenancy being incorrect. Usually, when I speak with a representative, it gets resolved within a couple of days. However, now when I contact them, they insist that my tenancy started four years ago, which is incorrect. I’ve been with Sky for closer to 25 years! Despite asking them to check my notes, they keep reiterating the four-year timeframe.

 

Additionally, my Remote Record feature on the Sky Go app hasn’t worked for years. I was advised during a chat to call a number to resolve this issue, but then I was directed to come here. I suspect these issues are related and would appreciate some assistance in resolving them.
