@Skylark22  You'll need to provide more details on what your trying to do as I don't believe a screen needs activating on Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is the TV on the right hdmi input?

 

Does the Q box have a green light?
