Sky Qbox keeps switching off

My sky q box keeps switching off any ideas on how to fix?

Is it on an open well ventilated shelf?

It could be over-heating with the current hot temperatures.

It is an open well ventilated shelf, the box is also two years old. It happened last year too. 
I called sky, and hey're sending me a new box

While you're waiting - check under the box to make sure the fan vent is clear.

@Bahra+50 If they are sending you a new box it will more than likely be a doorstep swap with DPD remember when doing this  TO REMOVE YOUR VIEWING CARD
