Disney + with message saying something went wrong

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with the Disney + app on my Sky Q box. Every time I try to watch something I get a message saying something went wrong please try again later.

 

I've reset the hub and Sky box. I've updated with the latest software and refreshed the apps. Still can't watch anything.

 

Please help.

Seems to be loads of mentions of the same issue (which I also have!!)

onky thing that fixes it is hard boot the box. Multi room box has never stopped working, main q box does stop regularly. Is it not faulty box?
