Sky Q worst experience ever

So Sky "upgraded" me to Sky Q last autumn. In that time I have been without sky for more than a month, they have given no compensation for loss of use, in spite of request. It's just gone down for third time. I've been on phone for one hour and in that time they have helped it stay with the card not working, now no satellite connection and the remote no longer works. Happy Easter.
