How to view BBC1 London on SkyQ Ireland

I have tried all the frequencies that I can find to view BBC1London on my SkyQ box in Ireland but  nothing works.  Does anyone have an answer to my problem?

BBC London HD currently on:

Frequency :  10818

Polarisation  :Vertical

Symbol Rate :23000

Modulation :8PSK

FEC rate: 3/4

Checked on my multisat dish/receiver

Thank you for the information - I tried the details you provided but there were no channels listed.  Do you have any other suggestions?

hi @Pongo9723 

Providing you set all the paramaters correct then it would perhaps point to your dish being very slightly out of alignment.

If you only want London then you may be limited - if you are willing to try other regions please use the link I gave to look for other regions on a couple of different transponders
