Sky Q won’t display 2160 UHD

Hi,

my sky Q won't display UHD as a settings option on LG TV. my main box is ok with UHD and has same TV and has same hdmi cable 

any ideas ?

As your main box is OK, does that mean you're trying on a mini box? If so they don't support UHD.

@Rochey451 as @xenon81 says mini boxes don't have the ability to play UHD it would need a completeredesign of the main box and mini boxes which will now not happen as Sky now has Sky Glass/Stream
