My sky Q mini box remote control has stopped working over a month now. New batteries have been put in numerous of times and is still not working. I have requested that I can get another one and use have turned me down. I want to no why I pay a big amount of money a month to use not to watch my TV. I want to speak to somebody today.

I’m afraid you are not contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll have a spare).
