Sky Q will not recognise my new Sky Fibre Password

I recently signed up for  Sky Fibre.  The new Hub was sent and it is now activated. Broadband is working ok. I have changed all my tv settings to new  hub and have  apps (Netflix , Prime etc working). Email & Browsing fine. LG tv  connected ok.

However Sky Q box settings at first would not connect to new hub. I then discovered the reset Button on the back should be used.  Ipressed and held it down  as advised.

 

Eventually Q Box irecognised the Wi fi Name. I have carefully put  the password in but it refuses to recognise it. Have tried half a dozen times to make especially sure I am entering correctly. It still will not recognise. Password.

 

Any advice on way to fix this would be gratefully received.

Is the hub the White Sky Max one or a Black one?

If you have the Sr203.

Rather than type in the password, use the WPS instead, WPS  button press on side of router.

Just do a reset network on your Sky Q box and follow the on screen instructions to perform that.

No password entering is required for that,

I was pressing the reset button on the back and did not notice the  WPS button on the side.
