Sky Q volume issue

Hi guys I have sky q but volume not working the volume shows it going up and down but have no volume

First thing to try is restarting your Sky Q box, by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds or so.

Hi @BIG+Al1968 if that doesn't work I suggest you try a full power down (i.e. unplug or switch off at mains) of your TV
