Hi
i have Sky Q installed and when I try to watch a program from the beginning after missing the start I get an error message to upgrade subscription.
I also can't seem to download all films from Sky Cinema on demand when I'm paying for Sky Cinema, and I find that if I try to use Buy and Keep from sky store I also get an error message that I can't make the purchase.
Can anyone help me with these issues?
