Sky Q tv remote

My sky q TV remote stopped working I have replaced the batteries in the remote but it just does not work I've turned the TV off by the socket and still nothing wat can I do ?

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare.
